Creating JPA classes at runtime with existing db-structure

I have to create JPA entities (@Entity) that base on existing DB-Tables.
Important to know is, that I have to create them at runtime (!), because of constant structural changes.

Example: The User creates a new Object at runtime. In the db this new object will be a own table.. not an entry in an existing table. And for this new table I have to create a JPA file once enabling all access actions.

Is there a way to do that at runtime?
