Abnormal program termination,An internal error has occured

Hi Team,

I am trying to add node on my existing two node RAC.. But when i am invoking ./addNode.sh -silent "CLUSTER_NEW_NODES={RAC3}" "CLUSTER_NEW_VIRTUAL_HOSTNAME=
{RAC3-VIP}".. THEN it showing the error "Abnormal program termination,An internal error has occured" and creatin log for the same.

Db version: 11.1.0.6.0
OS: Linux rac2 2.6.9-89.0.0.0.1.ELsmp #1 SMP Tue May 19 05:31:20 EDT 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

pls do the needful.
