When I tried to click on 'E-Record' button on Case Management -> Agent Dashboard... I am getting the error "The current user is not associated to a resource".
I have verified the jtf_rs_resource_extns_vl table and the user is associated to the resource.
Could anyone help me why I am getting the error though the current user is associated to the resource?
