When I tried to click on 'E-Record' button on Case Management -> Agent Dashboard... I am getting the error "The current user is not associated to a resource".
I have verified the jtf_rs_resource_extns_vl table and the user is associated to the resource.
Could anyone help me why I am getting the error though the current user is associated to the resource?

Select * from jtf_rs_resource_extns_vl where user_id= (select user_id from fnd_user where user_name='OPERATIONS');
and I am getting the results that OPERATIONS user is associated to a resource with END_DATE_ACTIVE is null. But still I am getting the error. Could you please guide me further?
Please do this excercise... end date the resource.... ( u need to end date the roles and then end date the resource)
exit the responsibilty.
Now again remove the end date of the resource and respective roles....and exit the responsibility.
Try accessing the Case Management again, if this does not resolve the issue, please provide your version you are currently running on.
I tried to end date the roles for OPERATIONS user, for one of the role am getting the below error.
APP-JTF-380079: The resource role start/end date falls out of the date range, for one or more of its group/team member roles.
When I checked the 'Groups' tab, there are some groups are assigned but none of the groups have neither start date nor end dates for this resource.
Could you guide me please.
