1. I am facing problem to send automatic escalation notification using Generic Agent. I have added the job in that, Once if i run the job(task) notification is sent. But without running that job, How could i send the escalation notification.
2. I couldn't perform bulk action of the tickets also. Once if i select the ticket in bulk, then all the options are disabled.
3. Then I want to know where the tickets are being stored in the database, Because if we want to make any changes the path is required. Please specify the path.
please tell me what is wrong in that configuration.
