Are you referring to the algorithms used with SSL (digest + encryption) or the algorithms used to store the passwords in the directory db (aka password storage scheme) ?
OUD supports the following one-way schemes for password storage:
Crypt Password Storage Scheme
MD5 Password Storage Scheme
SHA1 Password Storage Scheme
Salted SHA1 Password Storage Scheme
RC4 Password Storage Scheme
Salted MD5 Password Storage Scheme
Salted SHA256 Password Storage Scheme
Salted SHA384 Password Storage Scheme
Salted SHA512 Password Storage Scheme
That is a quick update! Appreciate that. I'm referring to both (the algorithms used with SSL (digest + encryption) and the algorithms used to store the passwords in the directory db (aka password storage scheme).
Is there any official documentation that I can refer to?
Thanks and Regards,
For password storage scheme, go to http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E22289_01/html/821-1278/password-storage-scheme.html
For SSL related algos, there is no explicit statement of the supported algorithms in the oud docs as it depends on the algorithms provided by the java JVM oud is running in, however you can refer to the JSSE java doce.g http://download.java.net/jdk8/docs/technotes/guides/security/jsse/JSSERefGuide.html for java 1.6 . This may vary across java releases and java implementation used (e.g Hotspot vs JRockit)
Hope this helps
Correction : in OUD 220.127.116.11.0, here is the list of algos supported with SSL
