The customer are setting up a vanilla instance of an environment are configuring CSI. To do this, they need to specify an INTERNAL customer in the Install Base Parameters, however they are only licensed for
Depot Repair, Service Contracts, Install Base and CRM Foundation.
Without Contact Center (where it is extremely simple) and without using the TCA APIs is it possible to setup this internal customer organization? If so, where (i tried customers online etc.)
