      Hi,

In one of my table column, I have special characters. I want to replace them with single '-'.
      Table : Item
      ID Number
      size varchar2

Select id,size from item where size like '%%'; -- this query produce following results
      Id Size
      8080193     Ladies Sizes: XS¿¿¿4XL
      8080217     Ladies Sizes: XS¿¿¿4XL
      8080592     Juniors Sizes: XS¿¿¿4XL
      8080210     Ladies Sizes: XS¿¿¿4XL
      8080566     Juniors Sizes: XS¿¿¿4XL
      ----
      -----

Now I want to update these special character to a single '-'. how Can I do this with sql ?

      Id Size
      8080193     Ladies Sizes: XS-4XL
      8080217     Ladies Sizes: XS-4XL
      8080592     Juniors Sizes: XS-4XL
      8080210     Ladies Sizes: XS-4XL
      8080566     Juniors Sizes: XS-4XL
