You could just delete them and then do a
CROSSCHECK ARCHIVELOG ALL;
If I deleted them I would take a full backup right after that even if it became an extra backup.
crosscheck archivelog all; delete expired archivelog all;

try DELETE ARCHIVELOG ALL BACKED UP 1 TIMES TO DEVICE TYPE sbt; -- if the backup type is tape
DELETE ARCHIVELOG ALL BACKED UP 1 TIMES to disk; -- if the backup type is disk

rman> list backup
here you will find the list of backups and list of archive log backed up....with time stamp..
you can use that timestamp and delete them using that.
