          Both Oracle versions are obsoleted & unsupported.

          WRT 10g & WIN7, specific answer depends upon which Windows Edition & which particular V10 version; some yes & some no.

              Oracle Database 9i is not certified With Windows 7
              and 10g the only version is certified is 10.2.0.5 , you have to install 10gR2 and patch it to 10.2.0.5


              Oracle Database 10.2.0.1.0 is not certified on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 7
              Oracle Database 10.2.0.2.0 is not certified on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 7
              Oracle Database 10.2.0.3.0 is not certified on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 7
              Oracle Database 10.2.0.4.0 is not certified on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 7

              Oracle Database 10.2.0.5.0 is certified on Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) 7

                1. You can find all prereq from installation guide.
                2. Oracle 9i not certfied and desupport product
                3. Oracle 10g certified and desupport product
                4. Win 7 home is not certified with any oracle product
                If you want to install oracle 10gR2 to win7(you cant make installation on home version,you can try but its your risk) For win7 installation follow below:
