Default System date and time in Tabular form

Dear All,

i have crated tabular form and i have one column ENTERD_TIME in tabular form.I want to enter Default system date and time in that column in tabular form.

how can i display default date and time in ENTERD_TIME Column in tabular form.
Format Need

DD-MON-YYYY HH:MIPM

    Under Tabular Form Attributes > Default Type enter PL/SQL Expression and the Default to SYSDATE. Under "Column Attributes" set the format to DD-MON-YYYY HH:MIPM.
