Did you installed BI Publisher??if installed this called Oracle business Intelligence. inside you can see the BI Publisher. If you configure wsdl4j-1.6.2.jar during the P6 installation after don't remove this from that location. I installed the same ant apache version its working i dont know any other version and confirm the all variables which I suggest you to configure.

After installation of Apache did you restarted your EPPM P6. if not stop primavera.bat and close the node manager and other related application and start one by one.

if team member will start its mean the P6WS also working otherwise team member will not work. try the above steps.

next two days I am on vacation if you need any help send a email to ajishlal@linscaninspection.com or ajishlal@gmail.com

I guess the user have no permission to login in the P6TMWEB. do one thing go the P6 page login with admin user id and password, after login click **Administrator* -->User Access-->Users-->check the Module Access there is enables Team Member, If not just click and enable*

I think this is some connection error. better you should be modifying the private database login for P6 EPPM. follow the below instruction you can modify your database login.

                            To modify private database logins:
                            1) Run databaselogins.bat (databaselogins.sh for Linux) from the Database folder of the P6 EPPM physical media or download.
                            2) On the Database Connection dialog box:
                            a. Select the database,
                            b. Type the user name and password of a privileged database user (for example, privuser). This login should have administrative rights on the database.
                            c. Enter the host address, host port, and database name specific to your database server. The Port field displays the default port for the database type you selected.
                            d. Click Next.
                            3) On the Private Database Logins dialog box:
                            a. Select the private database user name that you wish to modify.
                            b. Enter a new user name.
                            c. Highlight the password, and change it.
                            d. Click the Update Password button.
                            e. To reverse a change, click Undo. Undo will reverse any changes made during the current session.
                            f. Click Save.
                            g. Click OK to exit the Database Logins tool.

I suggest to you to modify the user name and password as privuser/privuser   pubuser/pubuser

i follow the steps for update database user / password
                                pubuser / privuser

but nothing working, and i can also login on oracle database home page with my all user name and password

when i manually start p6tm in weblogic i received this error:

did you put the user name and password this like?
                                  USER NAME: pubuser PASSWORD: pubuser
                                  USER NAME: privuser PASSWORD: privuser

If the service will work automatically, you can make it as schedule in start up.
