Off the cuff (untested), presuming you want to pass some form of value to your procedure:
Each link would have an attribute such as
Your function would look something like this, where your procedure is called from within an application process called MY_PROC
And your application process can refer to the value using apex_application.g_x01
If you want to run different procedures, pass it as a parameter to my_func and build the string as appropriate
var get = new htmldb_Get(null,&APP_ID.,'APPLICATION_PROCESS='+myProc,0);
It is a procedure inside a database package.
It has 3 paramters, which are application items.
That's fine - you will call your packaged procedure from within your application process, as you normally might elsewhere
my_package.my_proc(:F_APP_ITEM1, :F_APP_ITEM2, :F_APP_ITEM3);
I have the following so far
Application Process called RunPlanLocation which is On Demand
On my list entry I have Target Type: URL and the URL is
begin p_vrpapx.pr_1_prep_geo(:F140_plno,:F140_geokey,:F140_USERID); end;
In my page HTML Header I have
When I click on my list entry, nothing happens
Other than that, looks fine.
Still getting error on page
What's the error?
SyntaxError: syntax error
[Break On This Error]
apex_ns_3_1.js (line 1, col 8)
Ahh, should be more like:
I am now getting this error
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://a0010988.de.alpha.local:7779/pls/apexsb10dev/onclick="
My page has an unconditional branch back to itself as the last branch, so I don't think that is the problem
It's just occurred to me the context - you are defining this in the list target - onclick is irrelevant1 person found this helpful
I think you need this for your URL target:
Yes that worked.
One last thing, if it is not too much trouble.
Once the application process has run, I need to display a message on my page like a Process Success Message.
Any ideas ?
Please ignore this

After further testing it seems that the application process does not run
