Yes, the system adminstrator can use our Data Administration Toolkit contained in EP package to add or maintain a category and its items.
The file name of the toolkit is DataAdminToolkitShell.exe. Add a category and others under 'Qualitative Lookup Configuration'. Click 'Save' to get the scripts.
Backup your database before running any scripts.
