Hello World ,
i enable auditing on the database 10.2 for users,
once i query SQL> SELECT username,
WHERE owner = <Username>
there are many many rows , my question is , are you enable to truncate it from time to time , if not ,is it effect on the performance of the database ?
AUDIT data is getting stored in SYS.AUD$ & SYS.FGA_LOG$ table. You can manually delete records from these tables. Apart from that there is one package called <sys.dbms_audit_mgmt> to manage the auditing. Kindly do necessary testing on your DEVELOPMENT DB before doing it on your PRODUCTION DB.
