    Is your batch_user has permission on directory DATAPUMP_T and if not Please grant it by below mentioned command

    SQL>grant read,write on directory DATAPUMP_T to batch_user;

    And also what is the permission assign to directory DATAPUMP_T in OS level

    This error could occur for more than one reason :
    1- is the directory located on server (must be created)
    2-did you transfer the dmp to server via ftp (must be binary mode)
    3-Check permission

    OR

    you use  import dumpfile that was created with the original Export client (exp) you must have to use imp.

    Hello,
    in case this is a RAC and you are importing or exporting a file you should set the Parameter cluster to N.
    Otherwise the system will try to use all your RAC nodes for import or export and you get this error because one of the nodes did not find the directory.

    CLUSTER
    Utilize cluster resources and distribute workers across the Oracle RAC.
    Valid keyword values are: [Y] and N.

    regards

    Just make sure that each node in the rack has the directory object defined. You could have it defined on node a and one of the Data Pump processes could be started on node b. If node b does not have the directory object defined, then you could get this error. You do not have to set cluster=n. It may fix the problem because all of the processes will be started on the same node, but defining the directory object and making sure each node has access to the disk should solve the problem.
