What versions do you use? a 11g database? In this case it could be an issuewith case-sensitive passwords.
yes, i'm using 11g. But, before running the form i'm already connected, so what could be the problem?

The runtime has to connect to the database as well, it simply uses your credentials from your login into the Forms Builder. Consequently, the Case Sensitive Password is most likely the cause.
and the runtime uses upper or lower characters? how can i specify runtime the password used when i compiled the form?
my password is in lower characters, but the runtime tries to connect with upper. is it any possibility to convert the user's password in upper characters when form is starting to run?
Take a look at this thread: Re: when ever i run form it is asking for login and password,
It shows you how to disable case sensitivity in 11g.
Hope this helps,

Thank you. I was becoming crazy...
There is a problem between Forms 10g and oracle database 11g, when you login through the IDE and try to launch your forms by it, it sends your connect parameters in uppercase, and you get an error.
I changed the oracle database configuration, so in this way the database doesn't case sensitive and I fixed the problem.
