This error indicates you need to apply more archive redo log files to make it consistent.
Please copy few logs files generated between putting the database in hot backup and end backup mode and apply them.

Please post you rman script that you use to take backup ?
OP mentioned in his post that he had used RMAN backup before and it was successful. He was now trying to perform restore and recovery/clone using hotbackup.
He was now trying to perform restore and recovery/clone using hotbackup.If "Hotbackup" is a specific third party product it may better to address questions to vendor/support/forum of taht product?

Do not use questionable videos for self education, or take them with a grain of criticism.
That author by some reason did not tell that some changes can be stored in redo logs that are not archived yet (for example in current active redo log).
You should recover these changes if you want "to the last change" recovery. You can recover these changes two ways:
- Standard way - using recovery without "backup controlfile" option, where Oracle will use existing controlfile.
- If you use "backup controlfile" for some reason, you should specify not archived redo log(s) when Oracle asks for non-existing archived log file.
Otherwise you will loose changes that are not in archived logs.
What do you mean?I mean that what I saw in youtube is named "User Managed Backup". Not a "hotbackup".
"User Managed Backup" can be online and offline (hot and cold).
Using the term "hotbackup" confused me, I thought id was a 3-rd party product name.
This error indicates you need to apply more archive redo log files to make it consistent.Right. And also online redo log files too.
I Know what the OP mean you don't have to tell me , but what i saying here maybe if he Checking for consistency,he will find some strange file in rman
select hxfil FILENUMBER,fhsta STATUS,fhscn SCN,fhrba_Seq SEQUENCE from x$kcvfh;
What do you mean? i was trying to tell osama that the question was related not related to RMAN.How is that could not be related to RMAN , Do you know when this error will appear ???

How is that could not be related to RMAN , Do you know when this error will appear ???Because OP mentioned he is restoring and performing recovery of hotbackup. And he specifically mentioned 2 or 3 days ago he had ran RMAN and it had succeeded.
