I need some advice - is it ok to setup JMS server on AdminServer, when JMS will be produced by another WLS managed server (In my case - OSB server) - does this have some performance or other impact?
Or this is bad idea and I should definately move JMS to same Managed Server?
While it's possible to host JMS servers on the admin server, this is is not a best practice. The admin server should normally be devoted only to administrative work. This helps ensure that it remains "undistracted" by application or service overhead - avoiding a potential for an undesirable performance, heap, and/or HA impact to administrative operations.
