OVM will not attach to iSCSI disk now

I created a test volume on my iSCSI SAN (only 10MB) to test initiators, etc.
Got everything working, so I want to create a new VM.
The test volume is listed in the volume group under the SAN in the Storage tab.
I have two OVM servers and have discovered the test physical disk in both.
In order to create a VM, I need a repository....no problem, went to repository and created on with the test volume. ok
I deleted the repository for some reason I do not remember, but want to recreate it.....now I get an error....

I have not used this volume for anything yet......but it looks like it assigned a UUID the first time I created the repository.....how come I can not re-attach the repository?
