404 browser error after installing Ops Center 12.1.1.2076

I have created a Solaris 10 x86 server and installed Ops Center 12.1.1.2076 fine on it. The embedded db is up and running and the ecadm service is starting fine. However when I go to a browser window to open the console page (https://opscenterserver:9443) it opens with a message http status 404 The requested resource () is not available. Oracle GlassFish Server 3.1.1.2.
I have ran OCDoctor --troubleshoot and get the following...

Ops Center Doctor 4.11 [OC 12.1.1.2076,SunOS10] [Read only] [19-Oct-2012 08:20AM BST]
