Its possible for sure.
But its more likely the alert log will just throw errors. Might depend on the protection mode, since this would be the same as having "No standby available".
What is your protection mode?

I have a doubt , is it possible that Primary gets frozen if FRA is out disk space on Standby?
My data guard is in maximum performance mode.
Then the answer to this is no.
I would look elsewhere and maybe even consider getting Oracle support in the loop. Sounds like you have an issue, but I'm not sure either Data Guard or FRA are the cause.
