I installed packaged applications Bug Tracking, Incident Tracking and Meeting Minutes. I unlocked all of them. But only Bug Tracking is appearing under Application Builder. Incident Tracking and Meeting Minutes are not.
I want to integrate all these applications. To do this I need to modify them. In order to do that they have to be there under application builder.
Could you please help me?
That's interesting - I've carried out tests on apex.oracle.com and on my standalone APEX 4.2 instance, and can't reproduce the behaviour you're reporting. To assist in resolving your issue, would you mind responding to the following questions:
* If you navigate to the applications via the "Packaged Applications" tab, do each of them have "(Unlocked)" listed underneath the application name?
* If you've unlocked all three applications, can you see them listed under the "All Applications" or "Database Applications" tabs with "Run" and "Edit" buttons?
* If you navigate to the applications via the "Packaged Applications" tab, and then click "Run", do you not see the Developer Toolbar at the bottom of your browser when the application is launched?
Yes I have unlocked them. I can see the developer toolbar but I can not see them under Application builder.
You can use this
Workspace - XXSR
user - guest
password - Mehabub
Thanks for providing the login credentials to your instance. I logged on a little earlier and was able to see the behaviour you've reported. It's definitely an odd one, so we'd like to do some further digging. It just appears that your instance is now down for some reason. Would it be possible for you to restart your instance so we can take another look?
We'll take a look and try to work out what's going on. In the meantime, hopefully it's sufficient for you to access the unlocked applications via the Developer Toolbar, when you run the application via the Packaged Applications page.
Your instance appears to be down again - when it's restarted we'll take another look at the workspace in question. It's a little baffling right now why unlocked packaged applications and new applications aren't showing up in Application Builder. If it's not too inconvenient, it's probably best to just work in your new workspace, which you've stated is behaving correctly.
Thanks for the information, and for providing the updated URL. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to pinpoint what could be causing the strange behaviour you're seeing in this workspace. Logging in, I was able to reproduce the behaviour you've reported, but it's unclear what's caused your applications to suddenly not be listed in Application Builder.
I've taken an export of your workspace, so I'll take a look at that and see if I can spot anything that's out of order. So for the time being, it's best that you stick to working in your new workspace and avoid using this unusually behaving one!
Thanks for the update. We've been carrying out some further tests in-house, but unfortunately haven't been able to reproduce the behaviour you reported in your first workspace. It's certainly a strange one, and is still on our radar, so we'll continue to investigate this and will update the thread with our findings.
