Removing products from WebLogic domain?

Hi all,

is it possible to remove certain components from a WebLogic domain (WLS 10.3 on Linux)? The Configuration Wizzard doesn't offer such option.

I'd like to keep the domain, just to remove some components and add them again but with other configuration.

Thanks,

Daniel

List of installed components is stored in domain directory: ./init-info/domain-info.xml and config-groups.xml

I have removed all data related to installed component and specific entries in domain-info.xml and config-groups.xml

Then I can exted the domain with the component again.

    Love your work Dano!

Your find with regards to the domain-info.xml and config-groups.xml files was extremely helpful.
I was attempting to re-configure our Inbound Refinery Managed Server and it wasn't until I found your post that I was able to effectively remove the initial IBR config and reconfigure it correctly.
