Managed ODP.NET - Does this mean I don't need an Oracle Client installed?

Perhaps the answer should be obvious to me.

If I deploy an application that uses the Managed ODP.NET, does that mean I no longer need a separately installed Oracle Client on the client machine that will run the application?
