autovue 20.1 intergration with enovia2012x。

Very slow to see large assembly of catia product. server is 64gb memory.

50m assembly maybe need 1min to view.200m assembly maybe need 10 min.

In most cases(data more than 1g)

java Console error info:

Try loading the file in MESH mode; Set the ini option LOADFACETEDDATA to 1.
Check the sections "CATIA 5 Performance-Related Options" and "General 3D Performance-Related INI Options" from the viewing configuration document for more ini options on how to improve performance for BREP.
Please log an enhancement request and provide few samples. Thx

Could you please clarify. What do you mean by It doesn't work?
Did you try to load in MESH mode?
Did you try the ini options to troubleshoot performance in BREP mode?
What do you mean by "Can't attach log files"?
Please contact Oracle customer support to log a bug or enhancement request.
DEV needs the samples to investigate.

To proceed,we need the samples to investigate and identify the problem (if there is any).

    Hello,
I would be nice to have some relevant information ie what is the operating system you have (x32 or x64?)
    how much memory you have
From the looks of it, you have 16 processes, which on a machine with no that much memory is a concern
say you only have 4GB of mem on a x64 system 16 processes would require (16x360MB virtual ) close to 6GB of memory
very close to the memory limit you have on the system (ie 4GB of RAM + 4GB swap as per java crash logs)
So chances are you are running out of memory simply because you do not have a properly configured system
From the crash logs, that seems to be the case (crash on native code, crt side, so no java there)
So your problem is not to improve performance but to manage to run
make sure all your programs fit on the RAM (swapping is a performance killer)
    ie monitor your memory usage
If there is too much memory used by a single process (a hint would be how much memory catia uses to open the same file) then the process needs to swap
you can verify if there are autovue swap files (avdump folder inside bin)
if those files are too big you have your answer
finally, if a file requires more than 2GB to load, a x32 bit process will not handle it properly (limit is 2GB)
once all is verified, I would encourage you to contact customer support and log a ticket for it, make sure you also have the associated files attached to the SR as they will be required to diagnose the issue

    HI Ricardo:
    thank you first.

    My server is win64bit 2008server 8cpu and 64G memory.

when one person view a large assembly from ie (catia product 500m size). The autovue only use one process ,the initial memory used for a long time from 20m to 1.8G.when the autovue process use 1.8g memory ,It's crashed.

autovue is 32bit program. How to let one person to use more process to deal with a large assembly?

by the way,I set jvueserver.memory.managed = FALSE .so,the avdump forder is empty. this setting let me faster to view the 100m size of assembly.(in 5min)

It is interesting to note that you disabled memory management, this means the limit for any file is 2G and there is no dumping, so can not load anything bigger
(you are probably already exceeding the 2GB mem limit in virtual size, which is the one the OS sees as reserved as 1.8G of allocated woudl usually required more to on the virtual size)
Please log an SR if enabling the data dumping does not work
when logging make sure to state how much memory catia itself requires to load (as some assemblies can not even load in catia itself it is a good validation)
