On Oracle 10.1.0.4, I made a data pump as system user:
sql> CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY TEST_DIR AS 'C:\test';

C:\> expdp system/********@BDSPROD FULL=Y directory=TEST_DIR dumpfile=BDSPROD.dmp logfile=expdpbdsprod.log
On another server with Oracle 11.2.0.3, I tried to make impdp. There is a database with same name and structure of BDSPROD:
sql> CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY TEST_DIR AS 'C:\test';

C:\test>impdp system/oracle@bdsprod full=Y directory=test_dir dumpfile=c:\test\bdsprod.dmp
