Application Failover Fails when rebooting one of the node

Hi Gurus,

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this.

I have 2 node RAC setup, and few services(TAF) setup.

When I stop one instance on say Node 1, all new connection gets established to Node 2, but if I reboot Node 1, it does not fail-over to Node 2 automatically.

Looks like when rebooting, the cluster services does not know, where to fail-over.

I will provide more info as and when requested.

Environment:_
Oracle Clusterware version is 11.2.0.2.0
Database Database 11g Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64Bit Production with RAC and ASM
Windows Server 2008R2 ENT SP1

Thanks,
Pranav
