Based on the way you have written your question the answer is "no."
The point of a password is to be secure from people, such as you, trying to reverse engineer them.
If you could do it ... then the password would have zero value.
I would like to know, is there a way to find the password of a schema?you can't find the user password,however you can get encrypted values from dba_users,
I do not want to alter the user with the new password.if you want to login with user with changing the password with new one.you can follow below task
get encrypted value from dba_users,
change password ,login with new password
and change the password again to existing one with cmd
alter user <username> identified by values 'encrupted value';
