Now, I know what you are thinking: you are using an incorrect password/csi number. This is not the case. I put everything into a plain text file so I could copy and paste it to eliminate this problem. I believe that my CSI number is not associated with my account. How can I call someone or get someone to call me to verify that my account is associated correctly. This is incredibly frustrating and would not be the first time that this has happened to someone in our organization.

Did you get anywhere with this? I know it was months ago, but I have running in to a similar problem. I get "The message was: Server communication error. Please see http://linux.oracle.com for further assistance." while it tries to register. Thanks.
