Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions.

I believe the error is self explanatory - the file "/ap01/XXXX/apps/apps_st/appl/bne/12.0.0/upload/bnen2QtiGid.xml" does not exist, or its permissions are incorrect, or the permissions on the directories are incorrect.

As mentioned in the error message, please check the BNE.log file for details about the error -- How to Create a BNE Log For Web Adi Issues and Errors? [ID 817023.1]

Please make sure that the "/ap01/XXXX/apps/apps_st/appl/bne/12.0.0/upload/" is owned by the application user and the same OS user has permission to write to this directory. If the file already exists, you may try to rename it and check then.

    Thanks,
    Hussein

    Hi,

In my case, the directory shown is this:
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: /ap01/XXXX/apps/apps_st/appl/bne/12.0.0/upload/bnen2QtiGid.xml

"ap01" here assumes the place of our prod instance.

Whereas, we are accessing the ADI from our test, which shall be taken as "ap02".

Where should we change in the test instance, to reflect the correct location.

    Please advise. Thanks.
