If you select the connection under Active connections, does that help?
We have activated the production link. but it is still poiting to UAT link, which we deleted and showing an error #No Connection.
We have created a smart view sheet for ad hoc analysis, which is throwing #No Connection Error, to check for the issue is with link or sheet, we have done below:
We created a new Smart View sheet and gave few C1 Dimension( since our reporting is done based on C1 dimension),
For Eg: the following values are given for all dimensions,
and remaining dimensions in POV. When we refresh the sheet, it connecting to Production link but giving some junk values. (We have checked these values by creating a grid in HFM Application.)
Please help me how to proceed further.
Have you tried defining your production connection as the Default? You can right click on it and select set as default.
We have re-installed Smart View on the user's PC and the issue is resoved.
