How to dump AppConfig.xml in memory

I made changes to AppConfig.xml, ran "runcommand.sh --update-definition" and got the message that no differences were seen. Is that a way of dumping the configurations which are "in memory"?

          use eaccmd.sh describe-app --app app_id

What change did you make? If you've changed a script rather than a component, you won't get a message showing that a change has been made. The configuration isn't stored in memory as such, it is in the EAC store (I believe). Use runcommand.sh --remove-app if you want to completely remove the application, but note that this will stop any active components (so don't do this in production).
