Pl elaborate on what your issue is - where are you seeing the sort order ? What are you sorting ?

'Group By' Does Not Guarantee a Sort Without Order By Clause In 10g and Above [ID 345048.1]

Your sorting order is depends on NLS_SORT parameter, check this parameter value on both DB

              Hi,
This is one of the 'features' of 10g. aggregation functions (group by , distinct etc) are faster at 10g - but the downside is the results dont come back in order. This optimization can be disabled if you want to revert to 9i behaviour.

gbyhash_aggregation=false (from memory not 100% sure).

As with any _ paramter you should check with oracle support before setting it.

              Regards,
