TRYING TO ENABLE JMX

I am trying to enable jmx in weblogic 10.3.5 . I can restart the admin server after enabling jmx. but when i start managed server the server state goes to FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE and in the logs i see

Can some one please help as i know the port is free because i used netstat -an|grep command and then chose the port
