Never tried ATGLogColorizer on RHL but it looks like your Linux is 64-bit while the ATGLogColorizer binary which you are using is 32-bit. You can try after installing 32-bit library support (glibc.i686). Try yum install /lib/ld-linux.so.2 which should install glibc.i686
It's an open-source C++ application contributed by Kelly Goetsch over five years ago and used on numerous projects. Go get a copy from http://atglogcolorizer.sourceforge.net and recompile/link it with your own libraries (instructions included). Should take you about 2-3 minutes, tops.
BTW: If you do a Google search on the term "atglogcolorizer", the very first result shown has a large block describing the colorizer, telling you where to download it from, etc. How about 10 seconds worth of homework before posting something like this?
