MpxTestDaemon chewing up cpu ... what is this process?

I have 5 boxes running OL 6.2 64 bit using redhat compatible kernel ... working on a migration to 11.2 database ...

One of my boxes since the last reboot has this process chewing up cpu ... never seen this before ... any and all ideas appreciated.

There seem to be two MpxTestDaemons running one is no cpu ...
