I tried different options as per the forum its not working thats the reason i raised request so i can get better answer, pls let me know if u are familiar.
Make P3 and P4 as Special valueset. Validate the values against P2 by checking where it is NULL / it has some data. If NULL, then give an error message while the user tries to press Submit button.

Hi ND / Sanjay,
Thanks for your feedback...
I tried both the scenario's earlier but it doesn't work..
I have created P2 (vendor)with table value set and P3 & P4 these are Date From and To Parameters all these three are optional my requirement is if i select P2 from lov than P3 & P4 should be disabled and if i dont select P2 than P3 & P4 should be enabled where i can give date.
I tried as you mentioned it works like this -- if i submit request i can see P2 where P3 & P4 greyed out suppose if i enter data in P2 and click on Tab than automatically P3 & P4 enabled but thats not the case it should be read-only and vice-versa is not happening..
Please let me know where am wrong...
