[Oracle VM 3.1.1] Fresh install, update python bindings on server failed

Hello,

I've installed the Server and Manager components. I'm trying to discover the VM server from the manager's web interface. I'm getting the following error message:

OVMAPI_4010E Attempt to send command: get_api_version to server: <Internal_IP_Of_Server> failed. OVMAPI_4004E Server Failed Command: get_api_version , Status: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: I/O error while communicating with HTTP server: Connection refused

Can I please get some advice on troubleshooting this?

Thanks.

P.S. I have both installed on VMs in VMWare. Dunno if this makes a difference....

EDIT2: I reinstalled the VM Server on a physical server and tried discovering it. I now get this error:

+OVMAPI_4004E Server Failed Command: update_core_api_bindings http://0.0.0.0:7001/ovm/core/bindings/python_3.1.1.305.zip, Status: org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException: urlgrabber.grabber.URLGrabError:[Errno 14] curl#7 - "couldn't connect to host"+

EDIT3: I tried to do this thing from the Oracle VM Manager directly and it worked. Well, at least it ADDED the VM Server.

But now that it's added, I'm seeing errors as follows coming from that machine (the server):

Timestamp: Nov 13, 2012 10:09:26 am
Status: Failed

NOTE: I tried a wget on both the manager and the server for this file and I was able to download it no problem. Is it really using the 0.0.0.0 IP address to try to download the file? Why?
