As per company policy, employee in grade 1 to 10, is eligible from Employee Only medical benefit. If needed he can request for benefits for his spouse and max three kids. The amount for spouse and three kids has to be borne by the employee. Employee in grade 11 and above, will get medical benefit for himself and his family (Max kids is three).
Now the question is what should be done to split the cost for employee in grade 1 to 10. So that only cost for spouse and kid will go as employee contribution and cost for employee will go as employer contribution.
