Are you asking if you can point an external table to your local machine? Local meaning your desktop/laptop?
Can't do that.

I am loading the data using external tables from csv file to Table, in this i mentioned Directory name as 'MALLIS'(installed server path) ,actuvally my database installed in unix

So what is the problem with moving the file from your desktop to the db server?
Your csv files must be accessible by the Oracle Database so they have to be on the server...
i am asking in external directory we are specifying default directory path(it comes from installed server for me Unix)
but now i want to specify that default directory is my local directory, is it possible,,,
