"Use EQL Query" component configuration is not being imported

I have an Endeca page with some Results Tables configured to use EQL query.
Then I export the page into a lar file, and import it into another environment.
The page gets to the new environment with the Results Tables without the EQL query.
Other components that do not use EQL are normally imported.
Has anybody had similar issue?

Try two things when exporting and importing the .lar:

1- When you export the .lar, make sure "User Preferences" checked
2 - In your target environment, make sure a datasource exists with the same name as the datasource to which your components were bound in the source environment.

    Hope that helps,

    Hi Dan,

Yes, "User Preferences" was checked when I exported the pages of the source env into the .lar file, and also checked when I imported the .lar file into the target env.
Also, in the target env, datasource exists with the same name as the datasource to which my components were bound in the source env.
In spite of the above, configurations of some components are not imported.

    Thanks,

    Hi Dan,

One thing I have just realized:

In the source env, if I go to the Action Menu tab of the Results Table Configuration of the problematic Results Table component, I can see the "Link to External System" option available. Actually, in the source env, this option is configured, to navigate to an external page.

On the other hand, this "Link to External System" option is not available in the target env, and I think this is the cause of the issue.

So, the question is: how can I make the "Link to External System" option appear in the target env? Is it through some kind of configuration, or maybe a patch is missing?

    Thanks,
    Valter
