ESSO-LM stops Matlab 2012b from launching
Nov 5, 2012 7:59 PM
I am experiencing a problem where ESSO-LM is causing Matlab 2012b to hang when launched. If I shut down the ESSO-LM client, Matlab launches with no problems.
Does anyone know if there is a way to make ESSO-LM ignore Matlab and therefore allow it to launch? I do not need it to provide any credentials to Matlab.
The ESSO-LM version is 188.8.131.52.2
o/s is Windows 7 64 bit
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a global agent setting at User Experience|Application Response called "Applications that hooks should ignore"
If you enter the process name for the Matlab application then the agent should ignore this completely.
Hope this helps
