First try without pre-populating, I mean manually fill all the values and see if it works. If issue persists, verify all your attribute names in your mappings. May something else is mapped to name parameter.
Enter the unique ID attribute.
Also ensure you have the OU is populated.
Generally this happens when your unique attribute sunch as login name is not propagated to AD.
Unique ID attribute is ObjectGUID which I think would be autogenerated. I can see that my user id , OU and other mandatory attributes are populated on the process form, but still I am facing this issue.
it is throwing this error soon after CREATEOBJECT is invoked.
Are you trying to provision user to any particular group in AD?
Yes. I am selecting an AD Group (under child table) while provisioning account.
