Thanks for your reply.
My exact requirement is in my previous thread. Hope you will help me. As no one has replied, I thought to achieve my requirement with SQL statements passing the filters from prompts.

Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks in advance.
OK. I am seeing that my requirement is not that easy to achieve. I have been thinking another options, I don't know if I can use them. Let me ask you people a couple questions.
1. Is it possible to use one analysis column VALUE in another analysis to do calculations?
2. Is it possible to use multiple FILTER USING in the same column? i.e. I want FILTER sales by Country and Category ( I cannot use general analysis FILTERS). It should be something like...
Analysis: 1 Custormer Sales xyz 100 Analysis: 2 Customer Sales Diff abc 300 200 *** Diff =Analysis2.Sales - Analysis1.Sales (300-100 = 200)
Thanks in advance.
FILETR(sales USING (country = 'INDIA') and (Category = 'SOFTWARE') )
Sorry veeravalli, I am not getting your point and I think I have not been explaining well my requirement. I will try to explain it better here.
1. In my UNION analysis each criteria will have its own filters.
2. In the final result of analysis I don't want to show Customer, just want to show its sales and difference between them (Both customers will be selected from Dashboard prompts so no need to show them in the analysis again), which means there should be only one row in the final results with Sales 1, Sales2 and Difference Columns.
Is it clear now? Please let me know if you need more information. Hope you will give some solution. Thanks in advance.
Prompt 1: Company ABC (Applies on Sales1 Column) Prompt 2: Company XYZ (Applies on Sales2 Column) Results: *Sales1 Sales2 Difference* 100 300 100
SELECT saw_0, saw_1 FROM (
(SELECT Time."Year" saw_0, "#Sales" saw_1 FROM "SA" WHERE Time."Year" = '2010')
(SELECT Time."Year" saw_0, "#Sales"*-1 saw_1 FROM "SA" WHERE Time."Year" = '2012')
) t1 ORDER BY saw_0
Move Year column into Columns section and hide it
