I came to know that I need to complete some other tests prior to this or post.Presumably you are looking to receive the certification: Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional
That's the only certification 1Z0-146 is currently in the track for, and as you said, it is generally the last of three exams taken towards that certification. You must also take a SQL exam and a PL/SQL fundamentals exam. There are three options for the SQL exam and two for the PL/SQL one. My recommendations on the exams to take are 1Z0-051 for the SQL portion and 1Z0-144 for the PL/SQL portion. I've written articles explaining the reasons in detail for these two recommendations. Those are:
Oracle SQL Certification: 1Z0-051 or 1Z0-047?
Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certification: 1Z0-147 or 1Z0-144?
Oracle SQL Certification: 1Z0-007 or 1Z0-051?

Thanks for your reply.
To become OCP the order is, We have to complete 1Z0-051, 1Z0-147/144 and then 1Z0-147.
But Un-knowingly I have ceompleted 1Z0-147 first. if I complete test 51 and 147 now will I get OCP Certification.
Or do we need to follow order that first OCA then only OCP?
Basically You may take exams in any order, but you will only get a certification when all pre-requisites are passed.
If you have passed 1z0-146 then when you pass 1Z0-147/144 and 1Z0-051(or equiv) you will be awarded PL/SQL OCA and PL/SQL OCP effectively at the same time, as it is only at that point you have all prequisites for either of those certifications.
