How to draw different parallel horizontal lines?

I would like to draw some different parallel horizontal lines, such as this picture

In details, what I'd like to do is:

1) first left mouse click on point A

2) second left mouse click on point B, now line from A to B appear

3) while left mouse is pressed and dragged to the right, 5 retracements lines are plotted at fixed % distance assuming A to B is 100%.

So line 1 is plotted at point B (0% AB ret), lines 2 is 25%(AB), line 3 is 50%(AB), line 4 is 75%(AB) and line 5 is 100%(AB).
