We are using 126.96.36.199 DB with EBS R12.1.2. We have few Custom Database users (XX_CUSTOM) which is used in Concurrent program/reports/Discoverer/portal. Now for security reasons we want to change password of those users. (this is first time when we will change after installation). we are not sure what will be implact of changins password on custom forms/reports as many places password is hard-coded.
Can some one advice us what is the standard methos to change password for such users. and what tables backup we need to take before proceed.
select * from dba_users where username='XX_CUSTOM'; returns one row.
