    Need to modify the css associated with the theme.... if you have firefox with firebug you can drill into the page to see this on your desktop..

    Thank you,

    Hi Raoul,

    what does exactly not work? And how have you embedded the Themeroller CSS files?

    I haven't tried this out, but I think the following should work.

    1) Create a Themeroller CSS file and download it and put it onto your web server
    2) Edit the page template called "Page" and replace the placeholder *#APEX_CSS#* with
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="path to your themeroller CSS file - css/themes/my-custom-theme.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="#IMAGE_PREFIX#libraries/jquery-mobile/1.1.1/jquery.mobile.structure-1.1.1.min.css" type="text/css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="#IMAGE_PREFIX#themes/theme_50/css/4_2.css" type="text/css" />
    So that APEX doesn't automatically include the jQuery Mobile CSS files.

    Please keep in mind that you will have to update the above jQuery Mobile path *1.1.1* when we release the APEX 4.2.1 patchset, because that will include jQuery Mobile 1.2.0.

    Patrick, I tried putting the theme roller css above the "APEX_CSS" place holder. Will try it this way. Will give an update later in the day.

    Thanx.

    Hi Raoul,

    I haven't tried, but I think you have to replace *#APEX_CSS#* because we load jquery.mobile.1.1.1.min.css by default and not jquery.mobile.structure-1.1.1.min.css. jquery.mobile.1.1.1.min.css will overwrite your theme roller CSS settings.

    Now I have one little issue. The uploaded css cannot read the images from #WORKSPACE_IMAGES#. How do I solve that?

    Now I have put the whole themeroller css as an inline css in my page template. That got it working.

    Rauol,

    This was a good question. You have had much better luck with this process than me ; it has not worked for me at all and it's very confusing.

    Patrick - is there any chance of a video tutorial that explicitly demonstrates how to do this ? It would be much appreciated. I honestly think Oracle APEX could really become a major factor in the mobile game if you show developers ho to easily "skin' their applications with themeroller , but so far this obscure topic has eluded me. I simply cannot actually get it to actually work. It sounds like a great idea but it's just not working for me.

    Can you please post a step-by-step video tutorial on how to do this successfully ?

    Thank You
