So this feature can be enabled via customization of OIM? Is that correct.
Can someone provide reference on how to do this customization?
There has to be a way to figure out userid/username via the information submitted during User Registration.
there are two easy way to achieve this
1. Admin can reset user password using 'Reset Password ' feature. once you open user detail page you will have the resset password button. here you don't need to pass a new password for reset.
2. there is a feature called 'Forgot password' you can get the password by answering pre-defined questions.
you can use the authorization policy and provide access of reset password feature to a group.
no need of any UI customization required if you do above.
